We developed the headers only for the CBR1000RR-R Fireblade to enable retention of the  OEM muffler and exhaust valve to maintain a low Db rating whilst also achieving a modest 6Hp increase in peak power and a much-needed increase in torque over the entire RPM range without any need for tuning.  Titanium was chosen to further reduce overall weight. The reduction in weight from the use of lightweight titanium reduces stopping distances, increases acceleration times and notably speeds up changes in direction, and frees up lost Hp.

Pipe wall thickness: 1.2mm for durability

Power: +6Hp Retaining OEM muffler / Valve and no tuning

Weight: 2.9kg (OEM 4.3kg) 

Tuning: No Tuning Required

Noise: 97Db when using OEM muffler.
