VANDEMON Exhausts are firstly designed for competition use to free up lost power as well as make music to the ears, so to stand out over all others. And to keep the peace with the neighbour’s a removable baffle is supplied with each system.

This exhaust system is compatible with the following models: RSV4, RSV4 RR & the limited-edition RSV4 RF.

Note: To enable installation of the muffler, The RH passenger footrest must be deleted

Made from high-quality, lightweight Ti1 titanium the reduction in weight from this exhaust system noticeably improves directional changes in handling along with improved acceleration and reduced stopping distances.

Appearance:

The surface finish is a natural brushed appearance. Which when heated after one ride changes to all colours of the rainbow with the added advantage over Stainless steel that titanium won't stain, corrode or ever need polishing due to titanium's high resistance to acid's and salt as well as dissipates heat twice as fast as steel.

Manufacture:

We at Vandemon use a closely guarded welding process which welds both sides of each joint which makes for ultrasonically perfect joints with a beautiful & consistent overlapping fish bone appearance.

Tuning:

This exhaust system utilises a removable silencer. It won't require remapping of your ECU, as any slight alterations to fuelling etc. will be managed by the OEM fuel mapping. Should the silencer be removed, retuning is required by a competent technician.
