                                                                                 CHECK OUT PROBLEMS?
 We have had a number of calls indicating customers are having issues when checking out on the website. It appears after some investigation that when inputting the address customers must use the dropdown options where indicated to complete the address details, if it is manually inputted the website will not allow shipping details to be calculated and not allow the order to be completed.

  Postage costs quoted on our website when ordering may be higher outside the UK!
 We will confirm the postage costs by email to you UNLESS the postage costs are already detailed in our product description.

Southern Ireland is classed as a European delivery.


 Delivery times may vary depending on availability of products. All the products are showed in stock on our website only due to the fact that no-one would be able to order if the products would be out of stock. Please be aware that we are normally closed on Wednesday, so we cannot dispatch on this date. Items ordered after 2pm on Tuesday will not be dispatched until Thursday, unless you are notified otherwise.

We use DPD as our main courier service. Where possible, please supply us with your mobile number and email address, so that you can be updated with tracking information promptly. Orders placed with the courier option will be dispatched as a priority. 

Courier delivery is generally 1/2 working days and the best  and most effective option once the product is ready for dispatch. 

Orders when dispatched should be with you within 2-14 days if the post office option is taken. The vast majority of deliveries do arrive well within this timeframe, however, it can sometimes take longer. If your item does not arrive, please be patient. We will not consider a parcel lost until 14 days have passed. This does not happen very often and if an item does not arrive promptly, it is still very likely that it will arrive within the 14 days. If an item is delayed, we cannot take any action until 14 days have passed.

 Please contact us to confirm availability when ordering in urgency.
Please note that due to security issues we are only able to deliver to Billing address.
 If you require your products delivered to an alternatively address then payment MUST be made via bank transfer.


 All verified faulty goods can be either exchanged or refunded at the customers request providing the goods are in their original new condition within 14 days.
 We cannot accept any items which have been specially ordered for you (non-stock items) or manufactured to your specification for return.


Please advise Speedycom Performance Ltd of any problems with shortages or carrier damage within 3 days of receipt. We regret that beyond this time, due to circumstances beyond our control we are unable to process your claim.


 All refunds will be made back to the card on which they were purchased and will be done at the earliest opportunity and in any case within 30 days of return of goods.
 There will be a 20% handling charge of the value of the goods returned.
 Sorry, we can not refund the postage costs.
 Refunds will not be given for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) parts. Parts MUST be returned in original, saleable condition.

IMPORTANT: We cannot refund money paid or deposits on any items which have been specially ordered for you (non-stock items) or manufactured to your specification.


 You have the right to cancel your contract with us and obtain a refund. You must notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods, this can either be by email, fax or post. You may then arrange to return the goods to us.
 The goods must be received by us in the condition they left our warehouse i.e. in the original packaging and unused.
 The cost of the return carriage will not be refunded nor will any specially arranged services for which a charge has been made i.e. Saturday delivery.


 Only approximate value is given in Euros.
 Please check with your card provider or bank the exchange rate on the day of your payment for exact price in Euros, US Dollars, etc. We can not quote you currency exchange rates.


 Due to the ever changing market and our constant efforts to ensure our prices are competitive we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the prices upon this website, if the value of your order is higher or lower than stated we will call you before proceeding with your purchase.

 We reserve the right not to supply items for sale herein due to incorrect pricing within this website.

 All products purchased from us must be used within the law.

 We do not take responsibility for products used without a correct professional fitting!
