Designed to complement the engineering excellence and visual appeal of MV Agusta motorcycles, Vandemon's titanium headers that are available in either a brushed or polished finish deliver a superior lightweight performance solution that replaces the heavy and restrictive OEM stainless steel exhaust system.
Precision-crafted from high-grade titanium, these headersweigh only 1.5kgtotal, significantly enhancing throttle response, improving handling, along with acceleration, and shortening stopping distances. The result is a sharper, more responsive riding experience, both on the street and the track.
These headers are fully compatible with Vandemon slip-on mufflers and any aftermarket mufflers designed to fit the OEM system, ensuring broad tuning flexibility. By eliminating bottlenecks present in the factory system, tuners can extract optimal performance on the dyno without compromise.
To maintain the bike’s premium aesthetic, Vandemon includes a sleek carbon fibre heat shield at no extra cost. This seamlessly preserves the OEM look while delivering a refined, race-ready upgrade.

APPEARANCE
The surface finish is a natural brushed finish that, when heated, changes to an iridescent blue and red. Unlike stainless steel, Titanium won't stain, corrode or ever need polishing due to Titanium's high acid and salt resistance which, also dissipates heat twice as fast as steel, further safeguarding against extended heat soaking into body panels when stationary.
PRECISION MANUFACTURING
We at Vandemon use a closely guarded welding process that welds both sides of each joint, making for ultrasonically perfect joints with a beautiful & consistent overlapping fishbone appearance.
