Daytona 675
We accept returns
MCN'S road test team reckon the only thing the Triumph 675 needs on track is a slipper clutch to help with fast downchanges. Sigma have been developing just such a clutch for British Supersport teams, and this the final version. The kit helps track work by preventing the back wheel from turning the engine on deceleration as you go down the gears, stopping the back wheel skipping and locking and also preventing the bike from over-revving. Driving forward, ramps in the clutch lock solid, allowing full drive to be transmitted. But when the back wheel tries to turn the engine over, the ramps act to separate the clutch plates. This means drive from the back wheel isn't transferred to the motor, making corner entry smoother. It costs £549.00 and retains original clutch plates.
