HIGH EFFICIENCY AIRFILTERS
This revolutionary new High Efficiency Airfilter is designed to reduce intake noise and yet more power to deliver.
The incoming turbulant air is stablelized and accelerated around the edge of the airsplitter plate , this means greater volume evenly distributed throughout the airbox.
All inlets will get with this High Efficiency Airfilter the same quantity of air, regardless of speed on the motorcycle and the wind direction on the track .
This new design of airfilter has shown a reduction of up to 8db of intake noise in testing aswell as an increase in power.
MotoGP,WSBK,WSS and Moto2 are already using this technology.
Caution: Remapping the ECU or the Power Commander is highly recommended.Only use MWR cleaner and airfilteroil .

Some Benelli dealers approached MWR to solve the airfilter problem for the Benelli’s.
The standard filter does not seal-off and the filter gets way too dirty very quickly! So dirty in fact. that it’s closing the down, the bikes not running well anymore and also the fuel consumption rises.
MWR have now made the filter in two parts, a dry dustcover and the pre-oiled filter.
This system MWR have also used in Motocross and it helps a lot to gain the mileage of the airfilter before cleaning, more than 100%!

How to clean & oil the MWR filters: | | | 1) If needed , remove the plate from the filter and immerse the filter in MWR airfilter cleaner for 30 minutes. | 2) Wash the filter in hot water with dishwashing soap | 3) Rinse the filter well with water untill all soap is out | 4) When the filter is completely dry, spray the filter with MWR airfilter oil on both sides (filters with aluminum frames) . Immediately afterwards massage with both hands . Filters, which you can disconnect from the filter cage, immerse in the filter oil and then squeeze the oil out, never wring the filters. | 5) Only MWR Airfilter oil may be used because this oil is biodegradable and therefore also resistant to backfire |
