These exclusive GP inspired exhausts are hand made in the UK.
All parts in the exhaust are top quality titanium - inside & out. Features unpolished welds & brush finish. Racefit has a distinct aerodynamic advantage compared to a standard exhaust can. Made from Grade 1 titanium, it only weighs 1150g.

Development:

Racefit showed 3BHP increase over Acrapovic on Malcolm Ashley's BSB Superbike ZX10R. The photos feature the Superbike which had done full year in BSB series.

Malcolm was very impressed with the performance of the Racefit exhaust, and happy to change a very well known & high quality race can - Acrapovic, which was originally fitted to the superbike, to Racefit Mega!

Racefit also outruns full Yoshimura race system on GSXR1000 K5! Racefit shows 2BHP more on K5 than Yoshimura system on a Dyno run on Graham Seward BSB Superstock bike with Racefit and standard headers on only!

Dyno run with the fitted Racefit on completely standard (no Power commander, no any mod's at all)GSXR600 K4 showed 3.5 increase in BHP! (Normally any race can will give you about 1.5 - 2.5 BHP). Also, nice, improved power curve.

The can has a unique sound. ZX10R has passed ACU race can DB limits all BSB year with no problems. The exhaust produces about 101 DB on ZX10R 04-05 bikes.

BSB series Racing achievements:

Malcolm Ashley, BSB privateer finished 5th in British Superbike Cup series in 2005 with one First place in Oulton Park and three second place finishes for the Racefit.

Superstock Cup - James Edmeades finished 3rd in 2005 championship with one First place and a lot more podium finishes.

The exhaust is not road legal.

Fitting:
Racefit is a slip on can, which secures on the rearsets' brackets. Supplied with all necessary mounting hardware including black anodised bracket to fit behind the rearsets. Please specify what rearsets you have on your bike in Customers notes when placing the order.
